JW Direct covers the two canopy systems we fabricate most for commercial entries: hanger rod and cantilever.
Hanger rod canopies
Suspended from the structure above on 304 stainless steel threaded rod, powder-coated to match. Projections can vary, and 2 to 10 feet is typical. Larger than that is engineered to the overhead structure.

- 4"–12" and bullnose fascia profiles

Cantilever canopies
Wall-mounted on concealed brackets, with no rods and no columns. Projections up to 5 feet; anything deeper goes to hanger rod or columns.

Custom-built, not pieced together
Fab-only suppliers ship only. Many modular systems ship in fixed lengths, often 4', 6', 8', or 10' sections, so a 16' opening may mean piecing together two 6' modules and a 4'. We build the exact length you need, including odd sizes like 17'. Jackson Williams fabricates to your exact projection (hanger rod: 2 to 10 feet typical; cantilever: 5 feet at most), then either ships through JW Direct or installs across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. Same shop either way.

Can I get PE-stamped drawings for permits?
Yes. PE-stamped structural drawings from a licensed Professional Engineer are available with every system, for projects in all states. Tell us the project state when you request a quote.
Who installs a JW Direct canopy?
Your crew does. JW Direct systems ship with shop drawings for your installer.
Can you match a specific color?
JW Direct systems come powder-coated (AAMA 2604) in virtually any color (we match RAL, brand standards, or a sample) or anodized.
I'm in NC, SC, VA, GA, TN, FL, AL, MD, WV, TX, or LA. Can you install instead?
Yes. Across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic our own crews can fabricate and install your canopy under one contract, from fabrication through final walkthrough. We'll quote it both ways if you want to compare.
How is JW Direct different from a fab-only supplier?
Fab-only suppliers ship only. Jackson Williams can ship your canopy through JW Direct or, in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic, fabricate and install it.
